YouTube Upload Throttled Again

This evening, somebody gave me 20 pesos, which is around US$3, and instead of buying food, I bought phone credit. Now the upload doesn't go. It's almost 2am, I'm being bitten by mosquitos and I risk getting my phone stolen. Somebody had fucking well better start taking me seriously!
