The  Loop Fire was a firefighting accident in the Angeles National Forest (see  10,000 Acres of San Gabriel Mountain Forest Gone Up In Smoke ) that claimed the lives of a dozen firefighters in November 1966.  The day after the disaster a comprehensive study was ordered and you get the results here . It's a quite impressive piece of work and it is still being used half a century later to train firefighters. But an investigation like this should have been ordered after every major forest fire, regardless of whether or not it involved fatalities . My problems with Jeanine Añez stem from 14th November 2019, see  Polly on Bolivia  and  MAS Demonstrations In Support of Evo Morales : The next day, the local paper reported 8 people were killed and over a hundred injured in protests in Sacaba, a few km from where I was sitting when I posted that video the day before. Jeanine Añez was President at the time, and still is, but she either cannot or will not speak with me, just like Evo Morales and Alvaro Garcia Linera.  I have been trying for over eleven years to help the people of people of Bolivia, and I have never had so much as acknowledgement of my existence from any of them, unless you count the Direcion General de Migración deleting my file as an acknowledgement of my existence. Around this time five years ago I did something like this here in Bolivia. I was in La Paz and there were supposedly groups of miners from Potosí blowing shit up with dynamite and stuff and it seemed like nobody was actually in control, and the President and Vice President didn't respond to anything I wrote except by plausibly deniable antics on TV. So late one evening I just quit the three star hotel I was staying in, left everything except the clothes I was wearing and walked away. It's a long story, but I walked for three days and two nights before I reached Peñas and there was Lavazza coffee and parmesan cheese and a beautiful Italian woman from Milan there, called Laura, and everything was OK! ♥️ It didn't do the government any fucking good at all, but it was better than being there and worrying that people were going to think I was something to do with those idiots, or that I was with the government!
