Kodak Shares Soar Ahead of Announcement of the Deal

Because NY Governor Cuomo is an asshole and left his phone in his pocket while he talked to Trump and so God alone knows who had advance notice of the deal.
Cuomo won't give a shit about this though, he'll be far more worried about what else these people have heard him do and say.
