What amazes me is that they even bothered setting up a Facebook account. See Facebook Threatens to Blacklist PragerU Facebook Page. Presumably only to prove a point. Here's an image for this one: The PragerYouTube channel has 2M+ subscribers, and they're still capable of ruffling feathers, so they must be doing something interesting. Angeles National Forest Loop Fire (1966)

The  Loop Fire was a firefighting accident in the Angeles National Forest (see  10,000 Acres of San Gabriel Mountain Forest Gone Up In Smoke ) that claimed the lives of a dozen firefighters in November 1966.  The day after the disaster a comprehensive study was ordered and you get the results here . It's a quite impressive piece of work and it is still being used half a century later to train firefighters. But an investigation like this should have been ordered after every major forest fire, regardless of whether or not it involved fatalities .
