3:42 The thing is that we can't know the details of what Snowden really did without conducting a fair trial. The problem with that, as Snowden points out, is that the Espionage Act under which Snowden was charged, practically guarantees that there will not be a fair, open trial. So it's a kind of stale-mate with the judiciary and the intelligence "community". The CIA and the NSA are apparently above the law, as are the Pentagon and the Federal Reserve system. And it is the same in Europe, with the European Central Bank, the ECB and NATO who are also above the law. NATO proved after the bombing of Belgrade in 1999 that they are beyond investigation. The ECB and it's executives, who carry diplomatic passports, are outside the jurisdiction of the national courts of any European member states. The fault lies with the judiciary in all EC member states and in the USA. They should never have allowed this situation to come about in the first place.
